We need ambassadors for SCPA in Deanery Synods
We work closely with a number of churches – around 20 – but that leaves over 100 with whom we do not have such a close relationship. Most of these, given the overall church numbers are C of E and one idea that we have had is to identify an ambassador for us in each of the C of E Deanery Synods (Waveney & Blyth, Loes and Woodbridge being the main three – Nic already acts as ambassador at Saxmundham). So, we are looking for a member of each Synod to act as an advocate for SCPA, reporting news, distributing leaflets, receiving feedback. There is no time commitment involved for anyone who is already a Synod rep., just the requirement to advocate for us in meetings that you are already attending!
