Suffolk Coastal Poverty Action (SCPA) runs free CAP Money Coaching courses, offering a practical and highly respected money management course that teaches people budgeting skills and a simple, effective system that really works.
CAP Money Coaching is run in thousands of locations across the UK by churches partnering with Christians Against Poverty (CAP), as well as in four other countries. The course helps people gain greater control over their finances, so they can save, give and avoid debt.
Whether you feel pretty organised with your money or find it a bit of a lucky-dip whenever you pay for something, CAP Money Coaching can help you make your money work for you.
The course includes access to an online budgeting tool within a secure, private account, allowing you to update your income and expenditure whenever needed and stay in control of your finances.
About the course
The course is free and consists of four approximately two-hour sessions held on consecutive weeks. SCPA offers courses locally according to demand, either on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups.
